Deposit and Payment
50% deposit due immediately upon making your reservation to hold your dates. Reservation dates with unpaid deposits cannot be guaranteed.
Your total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any final balance not paid within the 30 days will result in cancellation of the reservation.
In the event that your arrival is within 30 days of making your reservation, total payment is due immediately.
Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancellations made 30 days before booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations made 14 days before booking start date.
No refund for cancellations made 7 days or less before booking start date.
No shows will not be refunded.
* Covid-related cancellations and other unavoidable circumstances are taken into account.
Damage Deposit
$500 damage deposit payable 30 days before booking start date.
Once you have vacated the unit and it has been verified that the unit is clean and not damaged, deposit will be returned to guests within 3 business days after booking end date.
Rates
Our rates are based on a two-person occupancy.
Any additional guests (up to 4 TOTAL guests per booking) will be charged $25 per guest per night.
Children under 4 years are exempt.
Bookings over 30 days receive a 5% discount on the rental rate.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND HAWAII STATE TAX.
We reserve the right to make any changes to rates prior to reservation acknowledgement.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is charged to you at a one-time service charge per reservation of $125. It is not included in your rental cost.
The unit is supplied with linens and towels, including beach towels.
There is a washer and dryer included in the unit for your convenience.
Excessive cleaning will be charged to your damage deposit.
PLEASE NOTE
Our shower cannot be used to rinse sand off bodies or beach equipment. Please use the outdoor shower next to the pool restroom. Any sand found in the shower will default your damage deposit.
Additionally: please do not color your hair or nor dye your clothes in our unit.
Refunds
Please report any equipment or appliance failures immediately by calling 323-336-0894 so we can send in our emergency repair service.
There will be no rent reductions or refunds for equipment failure.
There will be no rent reductions or refunds for inclement weather.
