We offer two premium vacation rentals with unmatchable, direct, oceanfront views. Both units are top floor (3rd) for complete privacy, and have been lovingly renovated to provide the most luxurious and comfortable island experience for our guests. Each condo has been lovingly decorated in its own unique and individual style. The condos are our personal vacation homes so much care and attention to detail have been poured into them.
The View
We can’t really take credit for the magnificent view in front of each condo – the credit goes to Mother Nature! What we will proudly point out is that the best sunrises and sunsets in Kona are those from our lanais. Most of our guests have told us that they are happy to explore all over the island but they find themselves hurrying back to our condos at sunset just to enjoy the front seat viewing as the sky produces breathtaking colors and the sun settles behind the horizon. In the winter months (November – March), our guests have reported viewing pods of whales frolicking in the ocean right in front of the condo lanais, and dolphins are commonly spotted merrily playing in the water. Honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles) often swim into shore and are easily observed from our lanais.
Amenities
Air Conditioning: Both condos feature newly installed, remote controlled Dual Zone air conditioning that is efficient and quiet – no window rattlers for us! There are separate units in the living room and in the bedroom.
Overhead fans: Fans in the living room, lanai, and bedroom are in both condos. They provide a pleasant breeze throughout.
Walk-in shower: Each condo features walk-in showers for ultimate safety and comfort.
Utilities: Each fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances – a full stove/oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It is ready for use with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. There is a washer and dryer unit in each condo.
Communication: High speed internet with WiFi and a land line phone service that includes all local calls plus free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada are included in each unit.
Entertainment: Cable television is offered in both the living room and in the bedroom in each condo. A DVD player is also offered in the living room. There are games and a small library of books.
Parking: We provide a parking pass that is good for the duration of your stay. Parking is readily available on the rooftop, in the 3-storey garage, and ground floor parking spaces.
Towels: We provide plush bath towels for the duration of your stay. Oversized and thick beach towels are also provided.
Beach equipment: Should you decide to spend a day at the beach, a supply of essentials is readily available: a beach umbrella, beach mats, boogie boards, snorkeling sets, cooler bags, and sand toys.
Sofa bed: In addition to the bed in the bedroom, each condo has a sofa that pulls out into a queen-sized bed in the living room. We provide all bedding.
Accessibility: While there is an elevator to get to the 2nd floor for each condo, there is an additional short flight of stairs to climb to get to the top floor – a total of 9 steps.
Hospitality: We greet our guests with a basket of island goodies. Hospitality toiletries are also provided in the bathroom.
Pool and Hot Tub: Our guests are provided with keys to the community pool area where they have access to the use of the pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, and communal barbecues for the duration of their stay.
