“This condo unit was so private, you felt like you had no neighbors around you. The view from the lanai was wonderful, and there were turtles almost daily in view. The kitchen was equipped with everything one needed. Ailin was prompt with any questions or concerns we had, and that was wonderful. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella; this was all wonderful to use when we went out to different beaches. We had a wonderful stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Every night after the sun went down, there was a jar of fairy lights on the lanai table that lit up, just one more personal touch :}”

“Ailin’s condo is in a fantastic location right over the rocks and waves. There is also an uninterrupted view to the sunset. The condo has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. There are Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella which we have not had in other units. The groceries in the unit were very useful and the chocolate treats left for us were yummy. Communications with Ailin are prompt and friendly. I thoroughly recommend her condo.”

“I spent a lot of time researching the best place to stay for our trip to Kailua-Kona Kona. Looking at location, price, amenities and of course the best view of the ocean. Ailin’s condo at Kona Reef was somehow even better than I imagined! I also loved that there was beach gear available including an umbrella, two sets of snorkel gear, boogie boards, a cooler, child’s life jacket and sand toys. Everything was well explained before hand. Check in was super easy. We visited and really enjoyed some of the suggested places for activities and meals. We had a great stay and would gladly rent Ailin’s place again.”
